Yes, pets are allowed. A $1,000 nonrefundable deposit per pet and additional fee of $20 per month per pet.  Pets should be well behaved and presented to manager for approval. Pets must weigh 20 pounds or less.

Only garbage is included.  Tenant is responsible for arranging for and paying for all other utility services.

There should not be any loud parties and/or music and/or television,  no fighting and verbally arguing in a loud manner, no threatening of other tenants, no damaging other tenants property, no conducting oneself in any manner that causes the police to be called to the premises.

Garage / storage units are available on a first come first serve basis for an additional monthly fee.

Parking spaces are available for each apartment.

At least every 3 months, maintenance will inspect apartments for maintenance issues and change HVAC filters.
